RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Case has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Only grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been supplied a copy of the voters list for Ward No. 12, Municipal Committee, Morinda, District Rupnangar.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Suveer Sheokand, Addl. A.G. Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondent(s). He submits that voters list has already been uploaded on the website. Petitioner can get a copy thereof from the same. In the eventuality, petitioner wants a certified copy, he has to apply for the same as per the procedure.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed off. In case petitioner applies for the certified copy of the voters list, same shall be furnished to him forthwith.
