SUVIR SEHGAL J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.93 dated 23.12.2021 registered under Sections 498-A of IPC, 1860, at Police Station Women, District Amritsar, Annexure P-1, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Upon instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh, State counsel submits that challan has been presented on 31.03.2022. Faced with this development, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
