On the previous date of hearing i.e. 03.04.2024, a direction was issued for issuance of the notice to the petitioners at the addresses mentioned in the memo of parties of the present writ petition. 2.
As per office note dated 15.05.2024, notices issued to the petitioners have been received back unserved with a report "as both the petitioners have died".

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in the absence of present status and details of the legal representatives of the petitioners, he is unable to assist the Court. 4.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move an appropriate application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the petitioners as well as the application for seeking revival of the present writ petition, within a period of three months from today, in case, any substantive issue still exists along with a cause of action to the petitioners.
