Petitioner - Raj Kumar, has filed the present writ petition, for seeking direction to respondent No.3 to implement the award dated 13.07.2019 (Annexure P-4), passed by respondent No.1 - Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Panipat (in short, 'learned Tribunal'). 2.
On 19.02.2024, following order was passed:- "Present:
None.
-.- On a call given by the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, Members of the Bar are abstaining from work today. Petitioner - Shri Raj Kumar has filed present writ petition, seeking implementation of the award dated 13.07.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.1 i.e., Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Panipat.
It is pleaded in the writ petition that as per the award, there was settlement between the petitioner and contesting respondents i.e. respondent Nos.2 and 3 that they would take the petitioner back on duty from 15.07.2019 but without back wages.
Notice of motion for 21.03.2024.
On the next date of hearing, counsel for the petitioner would also assist on the point as to whether for implementation of the JAWALA RAM 2024.05.10 19:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

As per office note, respondents No.1 & 2, have already been served, however, no one has put in appearance on their behalf. Notice issued to respondent No.3 received back 'unserved' with the report being 'not found present at given address', and on repeated visit & information received from house-help, he is residing at Jind permanently. 4.
Today, for assistance there is no representation from either side. 5.
Accordingly, this Court is left with no other option, except to dismiss the writ petition in default.
