Through the instant petition, prayer is made for issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to implement the award dated 13.07.2019 passed by the Industrial Tribunal.

Mr. Bhupender Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 - MC Karnal and has filed his memorandum of appearance, which is taken on record.

This Court is not an Executing Court for the purpose of implementing the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal. Therefore, it can safely be concluded that the present petition is misconceived. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed, with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum or competent court in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances.
