(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the FIR No.214 dated 10.08.2019 under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 34 of IPC 1860 registered at Police Station Sahlawas, District Jhajjar (Annexure P-1) Learned State counsel on instructions submits that the cancellation report is prepared on 14.04.2022 and is yet to be submitted. In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court once again if and when the report under Section 173(2) is filed in the Court inculpating the petitioners. Disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
