As per the order dated 18.07.2025, passed in CWP-20018-2025, a direction was issued to the respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month.

Mr. Balwinder Singh, AAG, Punjab, representing the respondent, submits that the order dated 18.07.2025 stands complied with as the Executive Engineer, Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Division No.2, Bathinda has decided the representation of the petitioner and the same has been communicated to the petitioner vide Letter No.1088 dated 06.03.2026. Copy of the said letter in vernacular has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record.
