Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition since the petitioner intends to join investigation and raise all the pleas before the police including that the girl in question Radha was not minor at the time of registration of the F.I.R and she had not been kidnapped by him rather she had left her parental house of her own. Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner may join the investigation with the police and apprise it of the factual position with regard to this case. (H.S.
