Learned counsel representing the parties jointly make a statement that the parties have settled the dispute and decided to file a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. They further make a statement that the parties shall remain bound by the settlement arrived at.
Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, the prayer for transfer of the petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
