Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.1 to 3 to protect her life and liberty as well as of her father and sisters, which is being infringed by respondents No.5 to 7, who are harassing them at the behest of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 14.12.2018 (Annexure P18) to respondent No.4Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala for redressal of her grievance, but the same remained unattended till now. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Prabhjot Singh Walia, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 6.
