MAIN CASE 1.
The petitioner, through the instant petition, cast under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., seeks an appropriate direction to co-respondent No. 2 for the conducting of a fair and impartial inquiry, and, investigations into the representations of 15.07.2021 & of 09.10.2021, as, made by him, before the authorities concerned.
