(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 255 dated 30.05.2022 under Sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Model Town, Rewari, District Rewari, Haryana.

Custody certificate as well as status report by way of an affidavit of Surender Sheoran, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bawal, Rewari has been filed by learned State counsel on behalf of respondent-State along with copy of order dated 18.02.2026 (Annexure R-1), which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has been convicted in the said FIR vide order dated 18.02.2026 (Annexure R-1). 4.

In light of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
