6.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to study in the School and therefore he might be having some doubts qua the academic study which was imparted by the teachers of the school concerned, hence, the School may kindly be directed that in case the petitioner has any doubt qua the academic studies, which he may have as he could not attend the school due to the order of rustication from the School, and thus, his doubts be get cleared from the respective teacher. 7.

Qua the said aspect, it may be noticed that it was only due to an act attributed to the petitioner, that he could not attend the classes after he was rusticated by the School authorities concerned. Still, this Court is of the view that in case, the petitioner has any doubt

CWP-2601-2025 (O&M) qua any academic studies, which he could not attend, same be raised before the teachers concerned and as such, the teachers will come to his help as the teachers would like to fulfil their purpose of being a teacher, that their student succeeds in life irrespective of their conduct. Hence, the School authorities are not directed but requested that in case, the petitioner makes any request for clearing of his doubt qua the academic studies before appearing in the examination, if possible, he be helped out so that he succeeds in life, rather than to repent for the mistake he committed while attending the school. 8.
