Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of order dated 19.12.2018 (P-1) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad, in CIS No.CRR 362 of 2018 titled as Ámit Saluja Vs. Kuldeep Juneja', whereby revision petition filed against order dated 20.03.2018 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that since, criminal complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has been dismissed as withdrawn, therefore, the present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
