The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that after withdrawal of the first bail application of the petitioner, the similarly co-accused, namely, Pawan and Jivan have been granted the concession of bail by the Trial Court on 26.02.2024 and 19.10.2024 respectively.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court at the first instance.
