Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.203 dated 19.11.2019, registered at Police Station Koom Kalan, Tehsil and District Ludhiana, under Sections 452, 323, 506, 427, 148 and 149 IPC.

Vide order dated 06.02.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
