Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for quashing order dated 04.01.2025, Annexure P-6, passed by the learned Rent Controller, Pathankot, by which the application for stay of dispossession, during the pendency of the application/proceedings under Order 9 Rule 13, CPC, for setting aside ex parte order of eviction dated 13.03.2015, Annexure P-2, has been declined.
