(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of interim regular bail for 20 days i.e. from 11.02.2024 to 29.02.2024 to the petitioner in case FIR No.79 dated 04.03.2021, under Sections 363, 366-A, 34 IPC (Sections 368 and 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act added later on), registered at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula. On the last date of hearing i.e. 07.02.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to place on record some additional documents. Today no one appears on behalf of petitioner and neither any additional documents have been filed. Moreover, learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the prayer in the present petition was for grant of interim regular bail from 11.02.2024 to 29.02.2024. Learned State counsel further submits that the victim, who, at the time of incident was 15 years and 09 months, was VIJAY ASIJA 2024.04.10 14.59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, in case anything survives, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the same by filing appropriate application in this regard, if so advised.
