The present revision petition pertains to the year 2019. On 28.11.2024 the following order was passed :

"Notice could not be issued to respondent Nos.1 and 2 as their correct addresses have not been filed. As per the office report, respondent No.3 remains unserved due to incomplete address.

Let fresh/correct address of respondent Nos.1 to 3 be furnished within a period of three weeks from today and on doing so fresh notice be issued to the said respondents returnable 27.03.2025.

Last opportunity is granted, failing which consequences shall follow."

Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice since morning. Till date there has been no compliance of order dated 28.11.2024. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
