The prayer in the present petition is for reimbursement of medical expenditure.

Learned State counsel while referring to the averments made in para 6 and 7 of the written statement submits that the petitioner had not resubmitted the bills after the removal of objection.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an opportunity be granted to resubmit the same, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 5.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioner resubmits the bills within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably in 4 months, in accordance with law. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit MOHIT 2024.07.23 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
