Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State of Punjab. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners shall be satisfied if decision is taken on their legal notice dated 30.11.2018 (Annexure P-7).

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that competent authority shall examine the legal notice and decision shall be taken thereon within two months from today. However, in case it finds claim of the petitioners is not admissible, a speaking order shall be passed and conveyed to the petitioners.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
