The grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that the petitioners have given a representation dt. 12.02.2022 to respondent No.2 for consideration of their request for OTS but the same has not been taken into account by the respondents-Bank.

Notice of motion.

Mr. C.S. Pasricha, Advocate takes notice for respondents-Bank and states that the respondents-Bank will consider the said petitioners' representation and communicate the decision to the petitioners. Having regard to the said submissions of the petitioners and the statement of learned counsel for the respondents-Bank, this Writ Petition is disposed off, directing respondents-Bank to consider the petitioner's representation dt. 12.02.2022 and communicate its decision to the petitioners within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
