  **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned selection/result dated 10.12.2018 (Annexure P-14) issued by respondent No.2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. There are disputed questions of facts regarding tendering of documents, involved in the present case, which cannot be decided by this Court in the writ jurisdiction and the same can only be decided by the Civil Court, on the basis of evidence led.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to file a civil suit. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid. However, the trial Court would be at liberty to look into the limitation aspect of the matter as well.
