HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.18 dated 05.02.2019, registered under Sections 323, 308, 427, 452, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Division No.5, District Jalandhar.

Vide order dated 06.02.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted ad-interim anticipatory bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order 06.02.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Sudesh Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2021.08.13 04:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
