(ORAL) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ of appropriate nature directing the respondents to re-fix his pension while considering the tenure of the service rendered by him as a daily wager with the Municipal Council, Ambala Cantt. as well as Public Health Engineering Division, Ambala Cantt. as the same has not been considered while releasing his pensionary benefits. It has also been mentioned in this petition that the petitioner has already served a legal notice to the respondents in respect of his afore-said grievance as well as the claim, on 28.02.2020 (Annexure P-8). in pursuance of the copy of this petition having been sent to the respondentsState in advance, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 and 6. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is given to respondent No.4 to consider and decide his afore-said legal notice dated 28.02.2020 (Annexure P-8) in a specific time frame.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Keeping in view the afore-mentioned limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting upon the merits of the matter in hand, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Director, Public Health Engineering Department Haryana, to look into the said legal notice of the petitioner dated 28.02.2020 (Annexure P-8) and to decide/deal with the same in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
