Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that memorial was decided by respondent no. 1 on 11.09.2018.
As order dated 25.07.2018 passed in aforesaid writ petition has been complied with, no further action requires to be taken in this petition. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to petitioner to avail other legal remedies available to him in accordance with law.
