The instant petition is for quashing of cross-case bearing DDR No.34 dated 07.03.2016 under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Amritsar City, District Amritsar in case FIR No.35 dated 07.03.2016 under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Amritsar City, District Amritsar along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has brought to the attention of this Court order dated 02.07.2024 passed by this Court in CRM-M-41431-2023 whereby the aforesaid FIR registered against the petitioner stands quashed on the basis of compromise.
