Present writ petition has been filed by Sh. Pran Nath Sethi (workman), by challenging the award dated 02.06.1994 (Annexure P-10), passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Ambala, whereby, Application No.74 of 1990, filed by him under Section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (in short, 'ID Act'), was dismissed. 2.

As per the office report, counsel for the parties have been informed through e-mail. Present writ petition is pending since the year 1998, and despite information, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner before this Court.

Therefore, in the absence of any assistance from the side of the petitioner, this Court is unable to adjudicate the issue raised in the present writ petition. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option except to dispose of the writ petition for want of prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
