Present:

Mr. Jagjeet Singh, Advocate for the petitioners. ***** HARKESH MANUJA, J (ORAL) By way of present petition, prayer has been made for early disposal of criminal complaint No.COMI/112/2020 titled as "Jagjeet Singh Vs. SHO Vikrant" pending before the Court of JMIC Bhiwani. The facts of the case are that based on an incident dated 01.10.2020, a complaint dated 28.10.2020 came to be filed at the instance of the petitioners against the respondents wherein the preliminary evidence of petitioners was closed on 24.03.2021 and arguments for summoning of accused commenced on 19.07.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complaint is pending before the Court below for the past more than two years now and despite that even the adjudication as regards summoning of respondents has not been concluded.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and have gone through the paper-book. A perusal of the paper-book shows that the complaint was filed on 28.10.2020 i.e. more than two years back. However, despite the matter having been fixed upon consideration for the purpose of summoning, nothing concrete has come out.
