*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to the official respondents No.2 and 3 for protection of their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents No.4 and 5, as they have married against the wishes of private respondents. Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harsimar Singh Sitta, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Gupta, Advocate also accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.4 and 5 and has filed his vakalatnama in Court. He submits that respondents No.4 and 5, who are present in Court, have no objection to the alleged marriage entered into between the petitioners. Since there is no threat to the petitioners, the present petition has rendered infructuous.
