Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that he has no instructions in the matter as the letter written to the petitioners has been received back undelivered with a noting that both the petitioners have died. 2.

As there are no details of any of the legal representatives which are forthcoming from the writ petition and both the petitioners are stated to have died, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.
