After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present Civil Revision seeking liberty to raise all such pleas, as taken in the present petition, by way of filing an objection petition before the Executing Court. Further, a limited prayer has been made that the interim protection granted vide order dated 15.02.2021 may be continued for a limited period to enable him to approach the Executing Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent has conceded that there is no reference that notice of the application was given to the petitioners/other legal heirs at the time of passing of the impugned order dated 09.03.2020 (Annexure P-8).

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present Civil Revision stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners as aforesaid. The interim protection granted vide order dated 15.02.2021 shall continue for a period of two weeks from today. Thereafter, the Executing Court shall be at liberty to proceed as per law.
