Learned counsel submits that the allegations against the petitioner are of having received Rs.40,000/- and introducing the co-accused to the complainant, however, the matter stands compromised between the parties, in pursuance whereto, CRM-M-14320-2026 has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR based on the same. He is not involved in any other case. He is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.
Learned counsel for the complainant affirms the factum of compromise.
Adjourned to 23.04.2026.
Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 16.04.2026. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) BNSS.
