Only grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been assigned any posting till date. Admittedly, he challenged his transfer order, Annexure P-3 by way of writ petition i.e. CWP-20078-2018 earlier. However, same has been withdrawn.

On the asking of the court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl.A.G., Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. She submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be looked into by the competent authority within two weeks.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Disposed of.
