RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court impugning orders dated 23.11.2019 and 17.04.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, and learned JMIC Ambala, vide which both the Courts have granted the interim maintenance to the respondent/wife under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has impugned orders dated 23.11.2019 and 17.04.2018, vide which interim maintenance was granted by the Courts below, however, as per information received, now the case has been decided finally by the learned Family Court and hence he prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to challenge the final order passed by the learned Family Court. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. November 23, 2022 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
