As per office report, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back unserved with the report that petitioner - Kuldeep Singh son of Ramphal - has stated that the notice does not relate to him and the writ petition was not filed by him. There is no other address of the petitioner available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties. Today, again, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
