(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.132 dated 22.08.2022 under Sections 308, 341, 323, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC registered at Police Station, City-2 Malerkotla, District Malerkotla. Learned State counsel on instructions from H.C. Prabhjot Singh, P.S. City-2 Malerkotla submits that in compliance of order dated 06.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 06.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
