Admittedly, a joint application has been filed by the parties under Section 320 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for compounding of offence which is fixed for 22.04.2022. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press the present petition. He, however, prays that the Court concerned be directed to expedite the hearing of the joint application filed under Section 320 CrPC.
