Learned counsel for the respondent states that the main suit itself has been dismissed on 30.05.2022 and as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the respondent has also handed over a copy of the judgment dated 30.05.2022 vide which the main suit has been dismissed.
