(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of FIR No.184 dated 02.10.2020 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Cantonment, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar (Annexure P-1), alongwith subsequent proceedings including challan (Annexure P-2). Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition, some developments have taken place which have material bearing on the decision of the petition. He seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause.
