HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant appeal has been filed by appellant who is sentenced under Section 365 IPC to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 5 years and to pay a fine of Rs.3,000/- and in default of payment of fine to further undergo RI for 3 months.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the appellant has served the entire period of sentence awarded to him, vide judgment dated 20.03.2013 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala.

It is further submitted that even the fine amounting to Rs.3,000/- also stands paid. In view of the abovesaid submission made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present petition is hereby dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
