This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking directions to the official respondents for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 70, dated 29th August, 2019, under Sections 420, 406, 120-B and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Tibber, District Gurdaspur. Further prayer is for quashing issuance of directions to the State of Punjab for not conducting multiple inquiries in the FIR.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that investigation is complete, cancellation report has been prepared and got approved by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, same is going to be filed before the Court concerned.
