(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.237 dated 05.10.2025 under Sections 115(2), 191(3), 190, 351(3), 324(4) of BNS and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act (offence under Section 109 of BNS added later on) registered at Police Station City-1 Abohar, District Fazilka. The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 03.02.2026/13.02.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 03.02.2026/13.02.2026 is made absolute.
