(Oral) Mr. Sumit Sangwan, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, states that Mr. Sukant Gupta, Advocate has informed him that respondent No.1 had taken away the brief from him stating that since he had handed over possession of the property in question to the appellant- landlord, the appeal was not to be contested.
