By way of the present petition filed under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act"), petitioner has moved before this Court for appointment of an Arbitrator in terms of Clause 17 of the Delivery Services Agreement dated 28.06.2018, Annexure P-2.

Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record printout of the email, received from the petitioner, whereby, he has been instructed to withdraw the petition. He seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition.
