Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 55 dated 07.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 406/498-A/120-B IPC at Police Station Gobindgarh Mandi, District Fatehgarh Sahib and to quash all subsequent proceedings arising from the aforesaid FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid FIR already stands quashed vide order dated 24.04.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-58613-2023 titled as Yogesh Kumar and others vs. State of Punjab and another, on the basis of compromise dated 06.10.2022 and, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
