(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.124 dated 02.09.2014 registered under Sections 451, 294, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur along with all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach this Court in case any fresh settlement is arrived at between the parties. Allowed as prayed for with the aforesaid liberty.
