Prayer in the present petition is for appointment of the son of the petitioner on compassionate ground.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has to obtain certificate of recognition of good work from the authorities stating that he has worked for more than three cases during the terrorism days. On the other hand, the petitioner has mentioned that he has been involved in five encounter cases during terrorism days and the FIR details and instances have also been mentioned. That apart, he himself suffered 3 bullet injuries on account of terrorism attack.

Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner submits his representation and upon issuance of appropriate certificates, the case of son of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground may be considered.

Having noticed the aforesaid facts, this Court partly allowed DINESH BANSAL 2023.08.29 11:06 I attest to the accuracy of this order Chandigarh

CWP-3777-2019 -2- 2023:PHHC:112044 this petition to the extent that if the petitioner's representation is filed within one month henceforth, the same shall be considered and appropriate certificate will have to be issued, which would be considered for the purpose of compassionate appointment of his son. The said exercise shall be conducted within a period of three months from today. 5.
