Ms. Mona Yadav, Advocate, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-PUNSUP, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to the respondents, and submits that the Appellate Authority shall expeditiously decide the appeal filed by the petitioners.

Keeping in view of the aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for the respondents-PUNSUP, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that appeal dated 18.01.2025 (Annexure P-2), which is pending before the Appellate Authority, shall be decided within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. Further, the recovery from petitioners shall remain stayed and would be subject to the final order that may be passed by the Appellate Authority. 6.
