The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for pre-arrest bail in FIR No.0157 dated 16.11.2023, under Section 379-B of IPC and Section 411 of IPC added subsequently, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Nabha, District Patiala (Annexure P-1).

Learned State counsel has submitted that the present petitioner has expired and, hence, the present petition does not survive. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also the same instructions and placed on record the copy of the death certificate of the petitioner.

In light of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is dismissed.
